Weekly Report: March 24th to March 28th 2014

Week Objectives 

- Finish Windows build for Cafe POS system by 3-31-14
- Manage Google Accounts and make sure everyone is connected to internet
- Find the issue with the LDAP server issues with the internet splash page
- Configure new Macbook laptop to school requirements for Faculty
- Fix AV room projector lamp

Week Accomplishments/ Hours Worked

- Created Mac Minis with Migration Assistant from Computer Lab iMacs
- Built Cafe POS computers
- Created a SSID for the food services
- Organized work area
- Build new Macbook Pro

- Hours Worked - Monday: 8-6 Wednesday: 8-6 Friday: N/A Total Hours: 20 hours (Lunch Break)

Next Week Accomplishments (March 31 - April 4)

- Make sure Cafe POS computers are up and running
- Assist faculty member with an issues over the phone or in person
- Xerox Printing Issues

Key Lessons Learned/ New Skills Acquired

- One man Team isn't easy
- Apple Remote Desktop is a great tool for quick support
- MacServer for deploy Studio
- Learned how to Fix Printer issues
- Without Mistakes, Nothing would be possible
